About SpeakMonk
Who you'll represent
SpeakMonk is a voice AI teacher for schools, built by a teacher and an engineer after more than 120 interviews across India. It teaches, listens, and waits for each student to explain an idea before moving on.
- A specialist teacher for AI, Python and robotics, from Class 5 and in any language, so schools can teach subjects they can't staff today.
- A report for every teacher and spoken Socratic tests, aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023.
- Runs in the browser on the school's existing lab computers, and every school starts with a free pilot.

How pay works

At the start
Pay is performance-based: you earn for the school partnerships you bring in. Schools sign between December and March, so that's when your first earnings come.

After your first school partnership
You move to a fixed monthly salary, which covers the launch and school-success work from April to November, while you keep bringing in new schools.

No. Bringing a school in is half the job. The other half is checking in every month, and whenever the school needs you, so SpeakMonk runs well in its lab.
