Refunds in brief
- Unused minutes from a pack are refundable within 7 days of purchase.
- Minutes already used, and the one-time ₹20 pack, are non-refundable.
- Cancel a monthly plan any time in the app. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no pro-rata refund.
- Charged twice, or paid but nothing credited? We refund that in full.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of your request, then up to 15 days for your bank to credit it.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Card details are never stored on our servers. For billing questions, email support@speakmonk.ai.
